SAFETY

At TSG, we employ a crew of tenured, experience supervisors to provide every project with the right person for the job. Our safety personnel team reduces the number of multiple contractor employees that you will need by having a centralized pool of trained safety attendants that can be dispatched and assigned to all areas of your project, thus reducing the total man-hour costs of the project. Every member of our safety personnel is hired locally, in turn limiting per diem and other expenses. We perform background checks and drug tests on every team member, and our HR manager ensures that every employee is fully qualified to perform on the job. At TSG, we hold classroom assessments to incorporate your specific permits, policies, procedures and equipment into the overall plan, as well as field assessments that include a simulated confined space, live fire drills, fresh-air equipment overview and hands-on gas detection instruction.
